Once Your Baby Arrives You Will Want These Tips For Losing This Weight.
If you aren’t happy with the weight you’ve gained during your pregnancy, don’t worry. You can lose that weight quickly and easily as long as you know what to do. You might be thinking that you won’t be able to exercise because your baby is so young that he needs you close by all the time. However, your baby likely naps often. If you make sure to workout while your baby is napping, you won’t have to wait long to see good results. Here are three things that you can do while your baby is sleeping that will keep you energetic and feeling your best.
Leg Kicks: This is a fantastic workout both for strengthening your abs and raising your heart rate. To start, lie down on your side with your body bent at the waist in a pike position. Keep the bottom leg bent for balance and then straighten your top leg and bring it as far forward as you can manage. Then move your airborne leg back to hover over the bent leg. Don’t lower your leg but repeat the movement ten times. Roll over and repeat with your other leg. Do this thrice on each side and you’ll quickly see results.
Bridge Squeeze: To do this exercise, lie on your back while bending your knees but keeping your feet flat on the floor. Put a pillow between your knees and draw in your abs. Breathe in and then out again as you tighten the muscles in your posterior and lift your hips until your body makes a straight line. Squeeze the pillow for two counts and then lower your hips back down. Do this ten times for three sets.
Using the classic crunch method you already know you can strengthen abs and lose weight too. Most know that crunches simply require laying on the ground with your hands behind your head and your knees bent. Lift your head and shoulders off the floor inhale through your nose and exhale as you tighten your abs. Relax your behind while bringing your hips and ribs toward one another. Now slowly, lower to the starting position and repeat. Do as many of these as you can, working towards 20, then 50. When you can do fifty, you may want to add a small weight to make it a little challenging, but be careful that you don’t hurt yourself. If you do these post-natal exercises three or more days per week, while keeping an eye on your diet, you should be able to shed that baby weight quickly and easily. Before you know it you’ll see the results of your motivation as you continue to lose weight.
